Melomad and third parties involved holds no responsability coming from incidents, damages and/or loss resulting from downloading and/or using any UTAUs voicebanks and/or characters from this website.
Furthermore, Melomad and third parties involved takes no responsability for any incidents damage and/or loss that occurs to any third party as a result from the user's usage of Armor & Toto voicebanks and/or characters.
The following terms of use apply for all of Armor voicebanks and character.

Do not rip off the list used in the following voicebanks: Armor [FR CORE V.1] & Armor [FR TEMPEST V.1].
This reclist is private and belongs to FRAloids.
Attribution
You can not call Armor's voicebanks and/or character by any other name, nor can you attribute the voicebanks and/or character to any other author than Melomad.
Redistribution
You may only redistribute Armor's voicebanks and its files in its entirety, without any changes, with correct attribution of the voicebank name and author.
You are free to share rendered singing vocals created with Armor's voicebanks.
Art, music, and other fanworks
Videos and songs featuring Armor may use any of the artworks that is diplayed in the character section of this website, so long as proper credit for the image(s) is given to Melomad and the use in non-commercial.
Armor's art and designs may not be traced, edited, recolored, or repurposed for any other characters.
Pitchloids or any sort of related sound-edits created from any Armor media outside of using the UTAU or other similar voice-synth software are strictly forbidden.
Doujin Use
Doujin use of Armor is allowed under the following circumstances :
Doujin use is the physical copies of art and music that are self-published, printed and sold in limited small batches at singular fan-events. These include artbook anthologies, compilation albums, prints, small trinkets (charms, stickers etc ...), and so on. Doujin materials are specifically meant more for promotion and fun than for generating income, and are often "break-even" operations. They do not produce a noticeable profit, as the sales essentially only cover costs of production.
Therefore, the Doujin use of Armor's voicebanks and/or character is allowed as long as they conform to Armor's terms of use.
Commercial Use
Commercial use of Armor's voicebanks and/or character is, for now, strictly forbidden.
Commercial use is a continued or large-scale reproduction of a product intended to create profit wich would be sold at multiple events or locations, or via online print stores such as Redbubble, DeviantArt, Cafepress and other print/press websites. In this case, this also includes sales of digital music that sold through Bandcamp, iTunes etc and Youtube monetization.
Armor's voicebanks and/or character should not be used for obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous and/or unlawful content.
Armor's voicebanks and/or character should not be used for specifically spreading a political or religious message.
Even though Armor is an adult, any R-18 contents using their voicebanks and/or characters are forbidden. However, romantic songs, artworks or doujin and so on are allowed.
